Hey everyone!
So this is the first time i am doing some streaming and hoping i can get everything going. I start to stream and it seems to be laggy on the twitch side. The game doesn't lag just on twitch
Just built a computer and i am currently running.(See attachment)
My internet is Google Fiber

Can anyone recommend the best settings for me to run what is best possible i would like to run 1080p if possible but any and all help would be appreciated
