Question / Help Lagging when recording with obs

When recording with obs everything is fine until when i enabled multi-adapter compatibility it made my fps from 200 fps to 30 fps but without it i cant record my minecraft videos pls help!

normaly it should work without Multi-adapter compatibility
what does Obs do when you try to record Minecraft without Multi-adapter compatibility ?
