Question / Help Lagging video when recording game

Hi! I'm trying to record my self playing Heroes of the storm. When I play, everything is alright, but when i look at the recording, it is really laggy. I tried many different settings, but nothing seems to work. I need help.

Do you have the nvidia in-game overlay enabled? if so disable it.
