Question / Help Lagging very bad.

Ok so i want to stream when i play league of legends but as soon as i turn on obs my ping on leage goes to like 800 and it doesnt when i use xsplit so could it be just not having the settings right or ?

Have you tried enabling Minimize Network Settings in your broadcast settings?

Just tried to minimize and still at 500 ish ping . and i cant figure out how to post my log i went into settings and i dont have a open log folder menu that i can see

Check your %appdata%\OBS\logs folder.
