Question / Help Lagging streaming flash game lol ?

So when I play binding of isaac, it's fine.


But when I stream it, I get lag on my end but the stream is still fine.

Is OBS causing this or is it the game itself? What are some ways to get rid of the video lag? Sometimes Isaac runs at 15 fps while I stream it.
