Question / Help Lagging Stream

Hey Guys, I am new on streaming and having some issues about OBS. I was streaming 1200 kbps since today but I think this bitrate is low for my upload speed. My stream quality is alwasy green but glitching every 10 seconds or 15 seconds. Can you guys help me ?

Looks to me like none of the Twitch ingests are high enough quality.

Try running another five minute of a high-action game and post that log. But chances are you need to contact your ISP or move up to a better speed.
