Question / Help Lagging stream.

Hello! So I've started to stream lately, I stream perfectly without any In-Game lags. I'm sitting at around 90FPS in LoL. But the problem is that the stream's lagging. It freezes every 10 seconds for a second or so. I've got 10MB upload. Can you guys help me out somehow?

We would need to see a log file, if that's okay. Is it just the stream that's freezing? Also sorry for the delayed response.
