Question / Help Lagging sound

Hello! I have a problem: when I capture gameplay (or just desktop), the sound "stumbles" for a moment periodically. I don't feel it when I play, everything is alright. But when I watch replay it's very noticeable.
Here is example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAVuwOOW32w watch from 11:12
I use OBSM 0.12.3 now. I checked my old letsplays (which I recorded 1-2 months ago), recorded with old OBS, - no problem.
Could somebody help? I include log file.

1> I wouldn't save directly to mp4. Use flv or mkv (mkv if you need multi-track audio).
2> Your soundcard capture had some initialization problem, you MAY need to increase the audio buffering time in advanced.

What value of Audio Buffering Time should I set? Now it set to 1000
