Question / Help Lagging issues!

Hello!

I've recently started streaming and have been told by my viewers that i lag every 10th second for 2-3 seconds, like a complete freeze for 2-3 seconds. I've tried changing buffer size, tried changing servers, I've done almost everything that has been written on the forum as a solution for my problem. It kinda feels like Im stuck. Any help would be much appreciated.

I might add that it doesn't lag for me, not even a single bit when I view the stream. It doesn't say I drop any frames either.

Also I might add I'm on a wireless connection atm, but I've tried with cable aswell and the result is the same.
