Lagging issues on windows 10 PC

Hi there. So I fixed all the other issues I had. But now I’m noticing a massive lag issue. Ok so when I’m using OBS. With this capture card. Hooked up to capture my Xbox 1x. When I move around on my xbox1x menu. It automatically registers my controller buttons and all that on my TV. But there’s a noticeable lag on my windows 10 computer on the OBS software. Or it’s not even registering my controller movements on the software at all. But everything is working fine on my Xbox 1X to my tv.
Is there a way to fix this?
Also note I noticed this lag even before I started recording on OBS. I haven’t tried recording or streaming anything yet. This lag is happening on OBS. When I’m not recording or streaming anything.
I’m using a Zasluke 4K HDMI USB Capture card to my Xbox 1x. Please help me.
