Yesterday when I was playing Rainbow Six Siege, I felt my game was 60fps, but my fps are over 100 at that time(I have a 144hz monitor btw). So I start to find out what happened to my computer, and I found out if I turn off/Pause my Wallpaper Engine or change to fullscreen and my game will be smooth again, and I can't able to stream rainbow six siege with borderless window, cause that will happened again if I try to, and I don't have this problem before. I can stream, use my Wallpaper Engine and play Siege at the same time with borderless window before. And I couldn't fix this, so I hope someone can help me to fix this problem, thanks!
