Question / Help Lagging in recording but not in game

Hey, I'm trying to record my Minecraft gameplay, and it looks great in-game, capped at 60 fps, no lag. However, after I record a bit of gameplay the view lags and skips around when I look around. This only happens in the recording I don't experience it in-game?

I'm running this on a 144 hz monitor if that makes a difference.
