Question / Help Lagging in OBS everytime I record

When I record in OBS studio I see it lags a lot and it lags more when I edit my settings are low like a slow laptop I looked up the settings for a slow laptop but nothing happened my FPS is 30 and my bitrate is 2000.

My log,
When I record it does a laggy playback, I fixed the lag I think, but I think I'll see the lag. But since I kinda made it smooth, I recorded it for like 1 minute. Somehow it cut it to 50 seconds and started doing a choppy playback and cutting the smooth parts out making it like a slide show...

this pc's cpu and gpu are very slow and not suitable for obs

Probably overloading your GPU.

do you have any other suggestions as a screen recorder? I guess ill unistall it...
