Question / Help Lagging in-game with stream - 100 mbps upload

Hi guys,

I set up a stream yesterday, and in-game im lagging. I have a 100 mbps upload, and a new computer.

Followed a youtube video to set up the settings. More specific- when im playing 5vs5 cs:go its not a flow when im playing- it kind of lagging. Stream works fine.

Sys:
i5 4770k
geforce gtx 750ti
8gb ram 2400mhz
