guys, this problem in OBS
Streaming over xplit before and it was the normal, install OBS, at the beginning of the stream 10 minutes all is well
then abruptly begins lag Dota 2 10 seconds, in task Manager shows that OBS loads the computer on 70-80% CPU
what could be the reason? then this lag passes and everything becomes normal, and after some period of time, so repeated ..

Would need to have a log file to see what's going on in OBS itself, if possible.

Probably because you're streaming 1080p. 1080p can really stress your system. Try using "downscale" in video settings to 720p.

1080p even causes lag on my system and I have a pretty good system. The encoder is just going to eat all of your CPU.

hm, thanks, i tried to change settings and what i have:
(u said about this settings? (downloaded screen)
when i change setting to 1.50, i have less lag
when i change less settings to 2, quality very low 540p...
why i have lags? i have good system, i play in high settings and don't have lags in games, but obs...

Streaming is a very CPU heavy task, more demanding than most games. Your AMD CPU is not enough to run both a 1080p stream and game at the same time.

Well, his CPU is some 50% more powerful than mine and I have no issue streaming Dota 2 in 720p as he did in his last log. Which, if I might add seemed to be going fine. His most recent session:
Total frames rendered: 42295, number of frames that lagged: 103 (0.24%) (it's okay for some frames to lag)
0.24% is just fine.

Filinz, if you're willing to consider it, run Dota 2 in a 1600 x 900 window and downscale it to 720p in OBS, using the Lanczos filter.

Dota 2 Settings -- Graphics -- General
Dota 2 Settings -- Graphics -- Advanced

In OBS I have it downscaled by 1.25 (to 720p), using Lanczos. I also use OpenCL but that really doesn't make much of a difference for CPU load. Framerate is at 48 FPS. On my configuration, OBS is running at around 25% CPU and 25% GPU load while running both OBS and Dota 2. Dota 2 is running about 17% CPU and 15% GPU.

And it still looks quite amazing really. It's a matter of configuring both OBS and the game, finding a balance that works for your system.
