Question / Help Lagging games when i stream

I mostly play the game League of Legends and every time i stream with cam and or without cam i get fps drops constantly and i don't know what the problem is. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
PC specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 3,20 GHz
Nvidia GeForce GT 320
and 6gb RAM

Your GPU is not the greatest, and your CPU probably can't really support 720p60. I recommend changing your frame rate to 30fps and downscale to 540p.
