Question / Help Lagging/Freezing Issues for Visual Recording, but doesn't mess with Audio

Hey, I've been having this issue where my recordings on Obs have been freezing or dropping frames heavily, but it doesn't have any trouble with the audio at all. I have looked online to find out where I can search how to fix these issues, but it doesn't look like a general thing and I need to choose settings made especially for my pc. Also, with the videos I've seen, they seem outdated since Obs was updated recently and the videos I've checked out are a few years old. So, I was wondering if anybody could find out what's up with my obs because my first few recordings didn't have these issues, but they suddenly are and I don't know anything about pc specs and how to configure my obs settings well.
https://youtu.be/hK35OFZWnqk <===== This is my latest video that has experienced this issue

https://youtu.be/MTv-T4aTPAw <====== That's my first video which never had the problem.

If someone could tell me what changed between now and then to make my Obs have these issues, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I really wish people wouldn't do this. Is any one of those logs associated with the first sample video? If so, which one? If not, is there log from a session that displays the same problem?

Is any one of those logs associated with the second sample video? If so, which one? If not, why are they there?

I realize you may be trying to be forthcoming but to someone who wants to help this just means they have to read all the logs without being sure that any of them actually show evidence of your problem. And a large number of users have a number of different problems in their logs-- no output session, so there's no performance data to look at, or things they do that aren't recommended, that aren't best practice or particularly performant-- and looking at a bunch of unrelated logs just tends to end up focusing on what can be seen in the logs, rather than what your problem is.

Can you try and identify for me which of these logs you know is relevant to your issue?

If not, can you run a complete output session (start recording or streaming, observe your issue, stop recording or streaming, then upload log) from a session that definitely does have your problem in it?
