Lagging/Freezes in recording file

I want to record overwatch, i manage to record with a nice quality without any lag in game. However, when i go to view the video, the video shows a few spots with intense lag. Idk how to fix it please help.

1:23 is the clip where i recorded my gameplay with OBS. Most of it fine but there is a major lagspike and freezes that make the video unwatchable.

1. Update your Windows 10 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode
3. Run OBS as Admin
4. Set your output resolution to 1440x900. Do not upscale your video.
