Question / Help Lagging constantly in-game with decent specs

Hello.
Recently I have started streaming beacause I create content for YouTube and I wanted to make a special livestream for my fanbase. So, I configured all my OBS settings and when I started the stream and started playing some games I noticed a pretty big amount of "shutterings" and lag spikes. Usually, I won't go below 250 fps, but then I was going around 150 fps and a lot of spikes I can't really explain and that was noticeable.

I'll now post two logs from two different attemps of livestreamining. If it matters for any reason, I usually stream Counter-Strike : Global Offensive from Romania using Frankfurt servers on OBS.

Attempts :
1. http://pastebin.com/i3G2jfgW
2. http://pastebin.com/LMTAvpvq

My standard upload speed :
http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4247977421 or http://gyazo.com/c5fd84e9082da2875613b99f72c79344

My specs :
- Intel i5 4570 3.2GHz.
- GeForce GTX 760.
- Corsair 8GB Ram.

If you could help me, I would be more than happy to thank you for making a man stream without having any issues.

"Mancatzia-shi pipota", first, use the webcam as a global source (you'll notice the usefulness of this when using it in multiple scenes), second, use a lower webcam resolution (1920x1080 is a no no , kinda too much for your USB hub , that if you have it connected to an USB2 port, anyway try a lower resolution for your webcam, starting with 720p and see how it goes)
Other than this , you shouldn't have any other blatant issues with your stream.

Nice entry expression though :D . Thank you. I will be trying to use the webcam with a lower resolution without rescaling it and using it as a global source. Other than that, would you have any other pieces of advice for me?
