Question / Help Laggin/Frame Drops during Stream...Help appreciated.

Hi! I hope I did this right.

So, issue I am concerned it MIGHT be my connection, but stream keeps dropping frames and having buffering issues....pixelated issues a LOT yesterday...

Ahh, okay! Should I lower it? And what to, would you say? And...where would I find this setting? I'm getting better hang of it but still working my way around it.

Still having the same issue. Might be on the right track, it doesn't seem to be dropping as much...but only a slight difference. :(
