Question / Help Lagg while watching

Okay Hi everyone,

I play Black Ops 2 on my pc, and when i'm in game there is no lag, when i'm recording the game there is also no lag.
But when I watch what I recorded it's lagging like s%@#. How can I fix this? Maybe I have put in the wrong settings? Anyone tell me the best settings the best FPS and maybe how I can fix this, thankyou :D

Could you define lag? Lag can be a sort of broad term to define things such as frame drops, large freezes in video and/or audio, or it can sometimes be used to describe lower-than-expected framerate. Which specifically do you mean? (Also a log file might help just to be on the safe side in case it is network issues)

The audio is good, it's just the video that is lagging, lower fps then while I played...
