Hello,i have a problem with my settings,how is recomended setting for this pc to streams or videos 720P with no lag in Minecraft
This is the components:

Memory:4GB(3,89GB Utilisable)
Processor:Intel Celeron CPU N3840 @ 2.16GHZ
Video Card:Intel Graphics 1972 MB RAM 1366x768 (60Hz)
PS:Is a laptop
