Question / Help Lagg in output file and OBS itself.

Hello,
My OBS is lagging when i record my H1Z1 game.

The output is also lagging.

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 3450
GPU: AMD R9 290 4 GB
8GB RAM

That all you need i think
How to fix?
Change CPU / GPU?

GPU performance is bad and you're on Windows 10. Start by uninstalling the Anniversary Update and see if that fixes it.

Very subjective answer, but I still think Windows 7 is the best, and its what I run. I can still choose for myself which updates to install without Microsoft threatening to push it to me whether I want it or not. Downside is that I might not get Windows 10 for free when Windows 7 support finally ends. But I have not had any of the numerous problems Windows 10 users have encountered.
