Hello my stream is stuttering on twitch even tho i dont have any fps drops.

Based on your log file it looks like the stuttering is a playback issue and not related to your OBS stream settings. In other words, you're having trouble getting 3500 Kbps down from Twitch, or Twitch is having trouble sending it to you that quickly. Go back and watch one of your VODs or local recordings and verify that it's smooth -- if it is then you know your stream is fine.

So in other words its probably on twitchs end?

The vods looks good
