Bug Report Lag?

I have a really good pc and it runs pretty much every game at 60fps or higher and i have recorded with obs in the past a load of times. But recently i updated my drivers and obs just does not work? When i start recording it destroys my fps. Say im playing CS:GO and im at 60+fps and then i start recording and then drop to 11fps when in the past when i record it would be at 60fps? So im not sure if my drivers have messed it up or if its something else.

Rollback your drivers. Device Manager > Display Adapters > (Drop down window and Right click driver) > Properties > Driver > Rollback Driver

Update to OBS Studio, OBS Classic is no longer in development. If the problem continues please post a log.
