Hey guys I've used obs before and just coming back to it now again to start streaming on twitch again & I had it all set up fine and working well, and I changed something I guess.. No idea what, but it's very laggy now. (Playing world of Warcraft) my settings are:
Encoder is x264
CBR enabled [padding is as well)
Bit rate is 2500
FPS is set to 30 right now, tried 60 as well no dice..
Resolution is 1280 / 720 (no downscale)
Multithreaded optimization is on
Process priority class is normal
Scene buffering is default (700)
x264 cpu preset is veryfast, but I've tried the top 4.. No dice.
Encoding profile is main, tried high as well no dice.
Key frame interval is 2.
Use CFR is enabled, the rest of advanced is default.
I am using a game capture to capture my world of Warcraft program.
(Also a side note I've also got a plugin for nights ever follower alert on.)
My computer is an Alienware m14 laptop, so I think it should be fine, like I said I've used this in the past with out any issues on this computer, and I've had it working like 2 days ago, but something went funky... Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
