Question / Help Lag with Face Cam and Audio in Recording

I just seem to be having no luck with Face Cam's and audio being synced up. This time it's just my face cam and my audio on a recording. It's also an issue in stream. I have a C920 Logitech Webcam and have switched auto lighting or whatever off which seems to be an issue with the C920.

Please find my log below. All help appreciated. Think I just need a new computer.
