Question / Help Lag while streaming

Hello guys. I streaming regulary with OBS and i was streaming without video card CS:GO smoothly 60fps. And when i added the video card is laggy like 20fps. What can i do?

I definitely feel your limiting factor here is your GPU. the 9600 is a 7 year old graphics card. While it does technically support DX10 it really doesn't have enough power to do the things OBS uses the GPU for. your CPU is fine, but your GPU is 100% your limiting factor here. You need a new one.
 
usually 9xxx cards and the 2xx cards from nvidia and the radeon hd 4xxx from amd have trouble keeping up with obs especially as soon as you go over 30fps and over 540p.

you could probably stream with a lower resolution and framerate and be fine for most parts.

as already said your cpu is fine and shouldnt have much trouble encoding 720p60 on veryfast preset
 
thats even worse i think that card is about 8-11 years right now, im not even sure and im to lazy to google.

you need at least a gtx 560 or a radeon hd 5770 i'd actually rather suggest going with current hardware like a gtx 750 or a amd r9 270x
