"Lag" is very ambiguous and could really mean anything. Please post a log file so we can tell what the problem is.

First of all, don't use Monitor capture with Aero enabled. That is the absolutely slowest capture method possible, and it heavily throttles your system. If you have to use Monitor capture, then disable Aero, but it's better to use Window capture with Aero enabled in the end.

Second, don't stream at 1080p60. It's too hard on your computer and extremely hard for viewers to watch. Flash is a huge resource hog, making it very difficult for viewers to watch at that resolution and framerate. Downscale your resolution to 720p if you want to run 60fps.

That should fix a lot of your issues.

You can play the games at whatever framerate you want. You don't have to stream at the same framerate that you play in. OBS is very happy to stream/record at whatever framerate your specify while you play the game at whatever framerate your computer can handle. This ain't no FRAPS.

I seem to be having the same problem even though I am doing as you said (Running Monitor mode without Aero) (Running Window mode with Aero) and the framerate still drops.
