Question / Help Lag While Streaming League of Legends

I was trying to stream League, and I get high ping while doing so.
I usually have a steady 70 ping, but while streaming I get up to 200-700 ping.

I also noticed that unless I enable V-Sync in-game, I get a FPS drop.

What would be the best setting on OBS for me?

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
