So i have this for months, and every tutorial i do, doesn't work. It doesn't matter which settings I choose, i keep lagging. I'm not lagging myself but if i check back the recording it lags ashell. Idk if something keeps overloading my CPU (it might be that), but I don't use a GPU. The only thing is that my pc can do fine with it and i have no problems with anything lag, and stuff.
My processor is: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz. I have tried solving this so many times but it won't work. If i look at the window of my game (from obs) it's not laggy at all, but if i record, and check the recording, it's so laggy. It's not just low fps it's literally just showing images. No matter to what I change my bitrate to, my fps to, my resolution to and every setting. it's the same problem everytime.
