Question / Help Lag whenever I open OBS

So when I play overwatch without obs opened I have great fps and no lag, i can get up to 200 fps without it opened. But once OBS is opened I struggle to even get 30. WTF do i do? My internet speed is fine, 330 down and 30 up so that's not the problem

Turn gaming mode off in windows' settings and remove all display capture sources from scenes where you use game capture.
