Question / Help Lag when streaming

Okay so I'm super new at streaming but, every time i do I lag in game when I usually do not otherwise, like I lag super bad just jumping around and stuff I don't know how to post logs but if I get someone who helps me I will do w.e

There is no streaming/recording session in that log file.
Turn off Windows 10 Game DVR and get rid of this:

Would be way better, if you would use only one game_capture source for all games (as long as you don't force it to only work for a specific program, the game_capture can autodetect games).
For LoL you might still need the additional window_capture for the launcher (pick&ban phase, launcher etc.) but don't use multiple game_capture sources in one scene and remove the monitor_capture source (it's just wasting performance).

OBS startet at 15:06:55 and closed at 15:07:56. No recording/streaming in the meantime.


You need to start OBS, then start the recording/stream, play a few minutes, then stop the recording/stream and then upload the log file, before closing/reopening OBS.

Log looks okay to me (apart from the Win10 GameDVR). The number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stall is very small, so this should not lead to real problems.

The ingame PING is consistent and under 100ms?

Well, usually it doesn't stay how it did last night, usually bounces from 62 to 243 ish and if I play fortnite I usually lag so hard my character can't break shit I just stand there smacking it that was probably the best my stream has ever been last night

Seems like you network (I hope it's not Wifi) or your internet connection can't handle the upload.
To be sure, you could do a local recording with OBS, instead of streaming and check, if the lag appears again.
