Question / Help Lag when recording

Alright so I used to be able to record with 300 fps in Minecraft. But now recently I have found that only Minecraft drops down to 5 fps when I try to record. Now it only drops down to 5 fps when I go into full screen. If you have a solution to this that would be great!

I really need help with this. I used to be able to record fine but now I cant record it at all. So if I could please get some suggestions on this problem that would be great!

1. disable windows gaming mode
2. disable compatibility mode from game capture properties
3. disable any "gaming performance booster" software if you have something like that

My computer isn't up to date so it doesn't have windows gaming mode. Secondly I don't have any gaming performance booster softwares. Lastly compatibility mode is not enabled. Thanks for the suggestions! If you have any more that would be great!

Nevermind, I updated my pc and now I am able to record fine. Thanks for the help!
