OBS lags CSGO a lot even without using a webcam. Without OBS, I can play at constant 200-300 FPS. But when I start recording, it goes to 90-140 FPS. And it stutters a lot. I have a Intel Core i7 3770K and ASUS GTX 970. Log is attached to my post.
Try this:
OBS Resolution: 720P/1080p (Same resolution in base and scalated, but disable scale resolution in stream settings), 30fps.
x264 format, 2500 of bitrate for 720 or 3500 for 1080p
I only lost about 5/15fps on any game with OBS Studio.
Oddly, your log didn't report a graphics card. In your Game Capture source, do you have "Multi-adapter Compatibility" enabled? If so, disable it. That's for setups with multiple graphics cards.
