The recording just stop and start and stop and start. It look like it is losing a lot of frame.
(it is not because of the game, I have record payday 2 on my desktop and it work fine)

Here is OBS log

Thank you for reading
use QuickSync, your mobile i7 is not fast enough to do x264 encoding along with game capture. Luckily, your intel can do the encoding but will take some work to set up
the below instructions are setup for the black, screen issue, but will also aid in helping you setup for quicksync on
https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/

Are you using your r7 260m or your intel for your program/game that you are capturing (payday)?

Code:
PERFORMANCE WARNING: Scene change took 559 ms,
maybe some sources should be global sources?
Also, add all scenes that you commonly used to global sources. i.e. webcam, games etc.
Code:
WARNING: Another hook is already present while
trying to hook d3d9.dll, hook target is unknown.
If you experience crashes, try disabling the other
hooking application

There are up to 6 programs trying to "hook" your game capture as well.

Uninstall raptr, woverwolf, razer synapse, pretty much any program that would add in an in-game overlay or attempt to capture your game for use with recording/streaming other than OBS. If you cannot uninstall said program, disable the overlay function of that program, if you cannot do that, just make sure the program isn't running.

The above does not apply to steam's in-game overlay but if you could disable the in-home streaming and broadcast functions of steam, that would help greatly.

Uninstall will always get the best results though.

Lastly, disable the preview function of OBS. open OBS, start previewing anything, right click on the preview then click preview, then uncheck "enable view"

First at all, I would like to thank dping for your help.

Here is what I am trying to do.
1. Make sure I am recording on my amd radeon r7, not intel hd (in fact, if i record intel hd and my game are render on r7, i would know because of black screen )
2. Try quick sync -> (always black screen, as I know, quick sync only work when recording with intel HD)
3. Check for confict hook: I have install Raptr, which is come with (amd driver), but I uninstall after that. (i wonder there are any leftover), so I re install Raptr and un install with IObit Uninstaller to clean up all left over.

4. Uninstall and download new OBS to reinstall

Now I try to record dota 2, but still skipping frame .
Hook conflict detected still in my log.

I change my cpu x264 CPU present to ultra fast, then it seem to solve the problem. (no skipping frame when recording dota 2)

Here is the sample video after change cpu present to ultra fast.

and here is it log when recording the video above. https://gist.github.com/78859074509b11ed0ab1
and here is Piriform Speccy snap shop http://speccy.piriform.com/results/zED8DSgCaQdXbSVqwpenwnr

Here is what I am going to do, and i need your advice
1. Solve confict hook
2. Although my clip is not stop-start stop-start any more, i still feel that something not right, gameplay is not smooth as it is not recording, and the recording also not smoot.

I think Advanced SystemCare 8 is a problem. So i will uninstall that and try again.

SOLVED skipping frame problem
Now I can record with x264 CPU present is veryfast (default)

I just need to increase Process priority class to Above Normal or High.

Above normal : http://youtu.be/inRpGDszP2k

High http://youtu.be/afLriYtyrKY

I also attach full log folder in this thread. (this is fresh new log folder since i uninstall and reinstall OBS)

By the ways, Hook conflict detected still there... I don't know why.

If you read through, it would tell you what you need to do to try quicksync with your AMD for your game.

Window capture and "compatibility mode":
  • If you cannot set the GPU (AMD laptops typically), or wish to cross-capture an image from the other GPU after that (example, league of legends lobby window), use window/monitor capture with the "compatibility mode" option enabled to force a capture. "Compatibility mode" requires a bit more CPU usage however.
  • Compatibility mode is not recommended for capturing games, but it basically guarantees a capture.
  • Game capture does not have a compatibility mode. Game capture must run on the same GPU as that you wish to capture.

Dont worry about it saying a bit more CPU as you will be using quicksync with this so it should use much less CPU and the rest will be for your game!
