Question / Help Lag when I use obs !!!

Hi ! I have a low PC
Can you give me settings for it ?

My Specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU J1900 (4 CPUs) 2.0Ghz
RAM: 4 GB
System type: 64 bits
Video card: Intel(R) HD Graphics , 1792 MB /1GB
Hard disk: 1000 GB / 1 TB

Please, i need help , Please !

You need a better computer. Maybe you can fake it with that CPU, but you definitely need an add-on graphics card for OBS. OBS uses both the CPU and video card, and the integrated graphics isn't good enough. Your best bet is to get a new computer entirely.

Ok , you can say me minimum settings for my computer?
Am... In game when i recording , i don't have lag , but in shooting shown in lag...


P.S Sorry for my english , i speak romanian .

I'd say to get a minimum of a desktop Intel i5 and a GTX 950 (or AMD equivalent). But it really depends also on what game you want to stream. Overwatch could really use an i7 for example.
