Question / Help Lag spikes while streaming fortnite

Im experiencing a lot of lag spikes while im streaming fortnite. My pc is brand new (and pretty decent), so i dont know where the problem lies.

Specs:
CPU: Ryzon 7 2700x
GPU: RTX 2070
Ram: 16gb DDR4

Try to monior your CPU and GPU usage with taskmanager while streaming. What Bitrate and settings are you using in OBS?

720p 60fps with bitrate 5000 (x264). The cpu and gpu usage and temperatures are perfectly normal.
