Question / Help Lag spikes while recording.

I'm getting lag spikes while recording a fortnite video, I can run the game perfectly fine, but I get a lot of lagspikes in between the gameplay.

This is my latest recoridng i dont understand why only games like fortnite are giving me huge lagspikes. I might have to switch to a different recording software, if this keeps happening. Right now i am using the xbox app
