Question / Help Lag spikes when recording at 1080p60fps any game

I've been trying to record some videos of games with obs and they always have some lag spikes at random parts of the video.

I always used the 32bits ver. but I also have the 64bits ver. one. Could it be because of this?

Log is incomplete and does NOT match up to the version of OBS your screenshot shows.
No it's not because of 32-bit vs 64-bit.

I followed the steps that obs gives to you to put the log file, if this is not the right one, then I don't know how to find it, because that one is the latest I have
