Question / Help Lag Spikes On My Streams

Hey, When i'm streaming Minecraft Modded Survival my stream lags. I don't even lag a bit on my computer, but on my stream it does. Could anyone help me on this? I want my stream to be PERFECT and i don't like this. The lag is not buffer lag (Because i know that is normal) it's just like lag spikes. http://www.twitch.tv/mariisak1/b/544716155 Use this broadcast as an example. Please reply and help!
