Lag spikes in recordings

I have an issue with obs (or at least i think so). Let me explain. I recorded few videos to upload on my yt channel and i noticed while editing them that there are few lag spikes in the videos. i'ts more like it freezes for a second. this doesn't happen while playing, it can only be seen in the recordings. i'm a novice in this kind of stuff so it's probably a wrong obs setting. does anyone have a solution? thanks in advance

1. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
2. Your log contains no recording session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your recording for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.

Change the preset from Max Quality to Quality and uncheck the boxes for Psycho Visual Tuning and Look-ahead.
It is recommended that you use CQP instead of CBR for recordings.

I'm sorry i haven't answered for a long time, i was very busy in the last month. Anyway, I changed those settings but It still lags sometimes. What else should I try? I also switched from mp4 to mkv but that shouldn't be a problem.
