Question / Help Lag Spikes for Live Stream

Hey everyone I have been trying to live stream Minecraft on twitch.tv using your software instead of xsplit. Problem is that, I keep getting lag spikes during my stream. About every 30 seconds I get a lag spike. Any suggestions on how I could fix it, like any settings I should fix?

You are dropping a ton of frames. Try lowering your bit rate and/or try a different Twitch server. If that doesn't help, check for issues in your network, or ISP problems.

Posting a speed test from http://testmy.net probably wouldn't hurt, though they are often of limited use in diagnosing bandwidth problems.
