Question / Help Lag Rendering problem

Hi, I have a problem with video rendering on obs, during the streaming I lose a lot of frames. It did not happen before. I tried to change the streaming platform (twitch / YT with the respective upload speeds) but the problem persists, I also tried to change the resolution and do the streaming at 60 and 30 fps, but no improvement. I proceeded, following the other posts, to disable the game DVR. I have noticed that many posts with my same problem are recent. I'm thinking that the problem could be the new drivers for the video card, the Nvidia in my case. I attach today's streaming log

Try vsync or fps limit ingame (and if the fps are already capped, reduce details).
The GPU is maxxed out by your game, so OBS can not utilize enough GPU resources for the rendering.
 
yes fps is already capped to 60 in all games, i've streaming for a month without problem, this problem is appear yesterday for the first time. Is impossible for the game maxxed out the gpu, i check with program and the gpu usage during the game result to 80% or lower, same for ram usage. Is very strange
