Lag problems

I really can't see this. But thats just my humble opinion.
In the first half of the video you're looking merely upwards to the sky. So due to the perspective the more distant parts and houses are moving faster as you shake your head. ;)

If the upper half of the screen really fall behind the lower half there should be a disrupted or broken line in between. This effect is well known in computer graphics due to failed sync between readout graphics memory and refreshing of the display. But i can't see this here.

Anyone else?

Your logfile does not contain a recording session. We'd need one from a point where the issue occurred to be able to diagnose more accurately.

More a problem, you appear to be trying to record at 144 fps. Recording above 60 fps is not supported or advised, and is entirely at-your-own-risk. Additionally, your display is only running at 60fps so this is pretty pointless. Chances are good you're just seeing tearing.
