Question / Help Lag or what?

Whenever I watch my stream on another computer, it runs nice and smooth. Whenever I watch the VoD, it seems to be laggy and choppy a bit. I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm using an avermedia live gamer hd and I can't seem to find some settings to stream well.

The twitch VOD player can be pretty hit or miss when it comes to loading video quickly. You probably just have to let it buffer a lot. If the live stream is fine, then there likely aren't any issues.
