Question / Help Lag on stream?

Hi guys, gonna keep this short and simple, basically, when streaming CSGO, my stream is laggy in most parts, I've decreased the bitrate gradually from 3500 to 1700, but I don't want to go any lower as the quality already looks like garbage, and it doesn't seem to be fixing it. I've manually set an fps cap on CSGO to 101FPS, which helped, but didn't do much.

So just asking if any of the support gods could help me out here? Thanks in advance <3

Your PC can't handle encoding at your current settings. I recommend downscaling to 720p.
