Question / Help Lag on Obs

Hello,

This are my specs and i want to know if with this specs, the stream at 1920x1080 60fps should lag. Like i get huge spikes on cpu usage, from 20 to 50% and then the fps drop to 13, 40, etc.

If someone could help me i would appreciate!

Processor - Intel® Core™ i5-6600K
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master: V8 Ver.2
Motherboard - Asus Z170-DELUXE
Graphics Card - Nvidia Geforce 1070 STRIX
Power Supply - Corsair RM850X Gold Modulator
SSD - Kingston SM2280 M.2 SATA SSD (240gb)
Monitor - BenQ 24" LED XL2430T

If you've got Avast try to turn off the "Game Mode"

Links to your hardware don't help, logs do.

Also, as mentioned, if you are using Avast/AVG as your antivirus, a recent update is causing Game Mode to break OBS' normal functionality, and needs to be disabled.
