Question / Help Lag on certain games, but not others

Hi i was just wondering, i stream every so often while im playing League of Legends, but most of the time i will end up having to end the stream due to intolerable lag. I understand if this was down to my upload speed not being fast enough but i can stream nearly every other game of my games library with no problem of lag. I've just came to ask whether this i a known bug with league or maybe i have to do something.

Lag in a multiplayer game? As in high ping? If so, try out the "low latency mode" in broadcast settings. It tries to minimize latency of other network applications. We're probably going to end up renaming it or something.

Don't use Software Capture, try Game Capture (running the game in fullscreen)! A friend had trouble experiencing the exact same thing , after he switched to Game Capture everything was fine for him .
