Ok so whenever i play league of legends and there is ANY kind of sound while streaming i get lagged ping shoots up to 530 and frames get dropped like crazy, i can stream it just find if everything is muted though, Help?

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

it only happens when im playing music or enable game sounds never when everythings muted.

ok well based on the info i gave you what would be the best settings for quality and smoothness between the two if you could tell me :P

ok i fixed it by using automatic low latency and reducing the bitrate from 1000 to 900 thank you for your time.
